IT & OSS customer support engineer in Huawei Egypt TAC , will be based in Huawei Smart village.

Technical experience and educational background needed:
• 0- 3 year experience on Linux/UNIX platforms and HW troubleshooting (blade/Rack servers).
• Excellent understanding for Linux systems (Open SuSE).
• experience in AIX or Solaris is a plus
• experience in Oracle DB is a plus.
• experience in Storage systems and disk arrays is a plus
