Office Manager For nahdetmisr

Nahdet Misr Publishing House is hiring : Office Manager
Duties :
1- organize and supervise all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the CEO office in efficient and effective way.

2- handle travel arrangements, filter their emails and summarize

3-Take basic decisions on behalf of the CEO

4-Coordinate tasks and appointments with direct reports of the CEO

5-Handle correspondence with international agencies and government officials.

Job Requirements :

1-Bachelor’s degree in any field.
2-Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar position.
3-Excellent command of written and spoken English Language.
4-Excellent command of written and spoken Arabic Language.
5-Excellent interpersonal skills.
6-Excellent computer skills, MS Office proficiency.
7-Excellent time management and organizing skills.
8-Work requires attention to details and integrity.
