HR Coordinator
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Law or any relevant field
• 0-2 years of experience in the same field
• Fresh graduate can apply.
• Excellent command of English language.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills.
Main_Tasks:
• Developing, maintaining, updating employees’ database.
• Following up on employees missing documents and update their files accordingly.
• Filing employee’s correspondence and necessary documentation for personnel actions.
• Submit periodic reports on employee’s database and any standing/pending issues.
• Assist Account Management team and personnel team to deliver all governmental related documents and letters such as Form 1, Form 6, Form 2, work permits to the Post Office, Social Insurance Office, and Labor Office.
• Follow up on medical requests such as medical approvals, refunds, lost cards reissue and chronic cases ...etc.
• Assist in contacting newly hired employees for receiving their medical cards and distributing them accordingly.
