 HR_Jobs Eagles_Group is Hiring Recruitment Manager ( Security field background ) required with the following competences:
Job Requirements:
• 7-10 years of experience in recruiting blue & white collars
•Responsible for Designing, creating the annual manpower plan & budget through the input received from functional managers to ensure time and effectiveness of meeting requirements aligned with HR budget and within appropriate timely manner.
• Responsible for Developing & creating recruitment procedures and forms to avail proper guidelines to be communicated with concerned parties to be submitted to HR Manager for feedback and approval.
• Responsible for Assessing, coaching, motivation, and providing guidance to recruitment team to ensure proper work operation.
• Responsible for continually setting and modifying recruitment strategies from sourcing to selection criteria to comply with desirable business needs.
• Responsible for conducting interviews for senior levels to ensure their ability to the vacant position required to be filled.
Working Hours: From 8 AM to 4 PM#Very_Attractive_Salary
Days Off: Saturday & Friday
