DM Group for Real Estate Consulting Company in 1st settlement is looking for (Telesales) with the following responsibilities:
- Initiate calls According to the assigned database contacts to follow up with existing customers and prospects ones to attempt to sell our products and services.
- Answer customers’ queries about the features and benefits of our products, and products quality.
- Handle customers’ complaints, objections, and show full support according to our policies, and regulations.
- Ensure database integrity: continuously update customer details, efficiently use of follow-ups.
• Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Gender: Female
- Must have at least 06 Months - 1 years experience in Real Estate.
- Must have experience in primary projects in new capital and new Cairo.
- Basic English Language is needed.
- Basic Salary + Commission.
- 5 working days with Fridays & Saturdays off.
- Work hours from 10:00 am till 06:00 pm.
