The #1 most popular course was Goal Setting: Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) as people and organizations rallied around shared purpose and priorities.

Learners leaned into improving communication skills with courses like Communicating with Confidence and Speaking Confidently and Effectively.  

Hard skills courses like Learning the OWASP Top 10 and Power BI Essential Training appeared on the list for the first time, indicating that these new technology skills are in high demand.
