Job Objective
To take all required actions as appropriate to ensuring that Grifols Egypt for Plasma Derivatives Legal Transactions comply with corporate laws and regulation. Will act as the main focal point with all legal third parties, lawyers, and all involved providers who require legal arrangements. Will also conduct legal research, draft and review documents, communicate with clients, preparing hearings, trials, and meetings, and organizing and maintaining files.
Environment
External: All internal functions.
Internal: Law Firms, Legal Advisors, Legal Contractors, Legal Consultant, and Third Parties.
Tasks, Activities And Responsibilities
Provide Legal Advices and solutions on all aspects of company's business and interests including commercial risks affecting company's operations.
Support business stakeholders in providing advice regarding different legal business aspects.
Draft and proofread correspondence and legal documents, such as pleadings and contracts.
Research regulations, laws, and legal articles to assist with the preparation of reports, case files, and legal advice.
Establish, maintain and manage relationships with external partners, counsels and other parties that are involved in all legal aspects of Grifols Egypt for Plasma Derivatives business operations.
Advise, develop, review, negotiate and conclude all contractual dealings with partners, suppliers and financiers ensuring Company's interests are protected with maximum value.
Act as Company's Secretary and provide secretarial services to partners in which company has interests, ensuring corporate governance practices and regulatory compliances in all aspects of business.
Properly and efficiently manage, organize, and maintain documents in paper and electronic filing systems.
Provide general administrative assistance, such as maintaining the attorney's calendar and making travel arrangements.
Participate in Legal due diligence.
Academic Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
Master’s Degree in Laws, Corporate Legal Consultancy, or similar.
Professional Experience
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
Minimum 5 years in a similar role (Law firms or Corporate Legal Departments).
Outstanding knowledge of corporate laws, regulations, and the business environment.
IT (Computing Skills)
Professional use of Microsoft applications (MCS Office, MCS Teams, etc.).
LANGUAGES
Fluent written and spoken English and native Arabic.
