JOB OBJECTIVE
Ensure high efficiency and effectiveness of logistics cycle & manage shipments & ensure material availability on time
ENVIRONMENT
Internal: All company departments & Donor centers
External: Suppliers, External warehouses, Clearance agents
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle shipments with clearance agents
• Ensure custom clearance cycle efficiency to ensure material availability in the right time with optimum cost & good condition
• Coordinate financial settlement of the clearance agents' invoices
• Ensure accurate shipping documentation
• Review clearance agents VAT & customs duties applied.
• Monitor & Investigate the root cause of damaged shipments to reach the optimum solution & ensuring efficient cycle flow to get the required compensation
• Responsible for preparing all exportation documents related to plasma shipments
• Accountable for domestic transportation
• Responsible for meeting EDA logistics requirements
ACADEMIC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Bachelor of Pharmacy
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Minimum 4 years of related experience in logistics in pharma industry
COMPUTING SKILLS
ERP user , MS office user
PERSONAL SKILLS
Strong communication skills
Plan, organize, multi-task and work cooperatively with others
LANGUAGES
Written and spoken English and Arabic.
