Kayan Egypt for Trading & Investment (SEAT & SKODA) Company is hiring a Receptionist for SEAT Brand.
Job Description:
1. Provide help and welcome people entering the establishment, determine the nature and purpose of the visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
2. File and maintain records of sales, Customer files, Customer database (PC), Reports, and surveys.
3. Transmit information or documents to customers, using the computer, and mail – contact with customers.
4. Schedule appointments, and maintain and update appointment calendars.
5. Provide information about the establishment, such as the location of departments or offices, employees within the organization, or services provided.
Requirements:
· Education: BS/BA in business, marketing, management, or equivalent.
· Location: Abo Rawash
· Certificates: Customer Service Certificate.
· Experience: 0 to 2 years’ experience as a receptionist.
· High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Publisher required.
· Good command of English language
