Job Description
ShopCash team is looking for a talented Social Media Content Creator to administer our social media accounts. You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts, and responding to followers. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals. As a Social Media Content Creator, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively.
Responsibilities:
Experiment with different social media channels and content to grow user base
Good to have knowledge of using Facebook and Twitter ads manager, and running paid ads.
Participate in events and groups to build communities and grow awareness.
Working closely with the Director, Social Media in carrying out marketing projects
Collaborate with the marketing coordinator and other members of the marketing team and customer services team to maximize opportunities, deliver service excellence, and ensure consistency and communication across the group.
Identify new opportunities and conduct competitor research to help grow our position in the market.
Provide engaging text, image, and video content for social media accounts.
Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
Create TikTok light videos.
Keep track of the e-commerce industry, latest online shopping trends and create content accordingly.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
At least 3-4 years of similar work experience.
Good to have: coming from an e-commerce/ shopping background
Proactive, Energetic, and outgoing.
Fluent Arabic and English speaker.
Video-making and editing skills are required.
Photo editing skills are required.
Passion for growing businesses through social media marketing and content creation
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Snap, TikTok, and other social media best practices
Creative and can think out of the box.
Collaborative approach - you are a team player and always ready to help others.
Good copywriting skills are desirable
Good to have a basic understanding of various digital marketing channels
