Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Club Manager located in Cairo, Egypt. The Club Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the club, including managing staff, promoting and marketing the club, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Qualifications
· Excellent management and leadership skills
· Experience in managing a sports and/or social club
· Strong communication and customer service skills
· Ability to plan and organize events and activities
· Financial management and budgeting skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer software
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or related field.
· Fluency in English and Arabic
· Experience in marketing and advertising is a plus
· Ability to work on weekends and holidays
