- Prepares, reviews, administers and track services contract proposals and renewals- Requesting bid bonds for governmental direct selling orders.
- Registering contracts and invoices due dates on system.
- Following up invoices with collection team.
- Responsible for filing of all related documents (hard and soft copies)
