 Job Title: Contact Center Agent - Customer Experience Department

Location: Sheraton, Cairo, Egypt.

Role Purpose:

Nile Air is currently looking for a highly motivated and fantastic fresh graduates for a rotating shift Contact Center Agent vacancy based in Cairo, Egypt. In this position. You will be trained well to become an extraordinary Customer Experience team member in the aviation industry. After our training and preparations, you are expected to deliver a full service-oriented professional reservation, and customer service to our clients and other external stakeholders through our contact center channels.

Qualifications:

Relevant bachelor’s degree – fresh graduates are welcomed.
No previous experience is required.
Excellent English and Arabic communication skills Written/Spoken.
Successful candidates should possess strong numerical skills.
Enthusiastic for continuous learning and development.
Successful candidate must be interactive with excellent communication skills.
Flexible to work on shift, including weekends and overnight shifts.
Very good at utilizing Microsoft Office applications with excellent computer skills.
Demonstrates clear pronunciation with strong phonetic abilities.
