Responsibilities:

Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
Provide general administrative support to the office staff.
Assist with various clerical tasks as needed.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma.
Proven work experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers, fax machines, and phone systems.
