Procurement Supervisor For Arabian Cement Company

We’re hiring a Procurement Supervisor at Arabian Cement Company. Main Responsibilities: - Supervise the administration of short- and long-term contracts throughout their duration. - Maintain familiarity with local market conditions and independently negotiate with high-level company officials to obtain the best pricing, discounts, and rapid service. - Serve as the lead negotiator for technical or professional services, which may involve extensive subcontracting. -Arrange for the receipt of materials from suppliers, monitor inspections, and ensure all receipts are entered into the system (SAP). Education:  - Bachelor’s degree from a reputable and recognized university is required (Engineering, Business Administration, or Commerce). Skills: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must. - Experience with SAP systems is preferred. - Strong negotiation skills. - Excellent communication skills. - Strong presentation skills. - High result orientation. Experience: - From 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar, job-related position. - At least 2 years in a supervisory position. - Must have an experience in cement spare parts (Mechanical, electrical) Language Proficiency: - Fluency in both spoken and written English and Arabic is required.
