Executive Admin Assistant
Job Purpose:
1- Manage the executive's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
2- Prepare and coordinate materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences.
3-Screen and manage incoming calls and emails, prioritizing and redirecting them as necessary.
4-Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
5-Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and documents.
6-Maintain and organize physical and digital files and records.
7-Facilitate communication between executives and various internal and external stakeholders.
8-Assist in coordinating export-related activities, ensuring compliance with regulations.
9-Collaborate with the logistics team to track shipments and provide timely updates to clients.
10-Prepare shipping documents and assist in customs clearance processes.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Fluent English is a Must
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience required for the job From 2 - 3 Years
