City Club is hiring an HR Coordinator
(Damnhour City - دمنهور & Luxor - الأقصر )

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, and leaves) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
2. Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits, etc.)
3. Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts, etc.
4. Assist supervisors in performance management procedures
5. Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events, etc., and maintain the team’s agenda

Qualifications:
• 3-5 Years Experience
• HR Courses or a diploma is a plus.
• Knowledge of employee benefits and personnel management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any relevant degree.
• Resident in the assigned city.
