We are hiring “HR Specialist” in October as per the below criteria;
- Job Qualifications & Skills:
· Relevant Bachelor’s degree, preferably in human resources or any relevant field.
· 1-3 years of relevant experience in a related field.
· V. Good command in English both written and verbal.
· Excellent Knowledge in Document management and electronic filing system.
· Excellent in MS. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· High Communication skills.
· Giza and October residents are preferred.
- Job Responsibilities:
. Assist in recruitment process, interviewing and creating database.
. Issue all hiring process and Induction.
. Responsible for the medical coverage of all employees in the region.
. Handle resignations and exit interview process for departing employees (clearance process & final settlement).
. Maintaining accurate employee database on monthly basis.
. Handle attendance system and employees’ attendance on monthly basis.
. Collect all payroll effectives.
. Support in promotions process.
. Assist in complains & investigations process.
. Handle all governmental and social insurance issues.
