We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Legal and Compliance Manager to oversee our legal and compliance functions. The ideal candidate should have 10 years of experience, including at least 2 years in the manufacturing industry.
Key responsibilities
include ensuring that our company adheres to legal standards and in-house policies, providing guidance on corporate governance and regulatory compliance, and having international exposure.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in law or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
In-depth knowledge of corporate law and risk management.
