We Are Hiring: Head of Media buying

Location: Al Tayaran Street, Nasr City

Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Type of Work: Full-time, Office-based

Key Responsibilities:

1-Designing, building, and maintaining a strong and engaging social media presence.

2-Measuring, analyzing, and reporting on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, evaluating ROI and KPIs.

3-Identifying trends, insights, and opportunities to optimize campaign performance and spending.

4-Brainstorming and implementing creative strategies for growth and customer engagement.

5-Planning, executing, and measuring A/B testing, experiments, and conversion optimization.

6-Collaborating with internal teams to create high-converting landing pages and improve user experience.

7-Analyzing customer experiences across multiple channels using advanced analytics tools.

8-Optimizing user funnels, conversion rates, and other key digital touchpoints.

9-Partnering with external agencies and vendors to achieve strategic marketing goals.

10-Evaluating and recommending emerging technologies for adoption in the marketing department.

11-Leadership: Leading and guiding marketing teams, motivating them to meet objectives, and providing strategic and tactical direction to improve overall performance.

12-Project Management: Coordinating activities and tasks across different marketing teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements and Skills:

- A BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field.

-Proven experience in digital marketing with demonstrable results.

-Expertise in managing SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns.

-Creative thinking with the ability to design compelling campaigns that engage target audiences.

-Proficiency with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

-Hands-on experience with setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.

-Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

-Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

-Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
