We’re Hiring a Personnel Manager

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing employee files, ensuring all records are up-to-date and compliant with regulations.
* Handling all interactions with the labor office and social insurance authorities.
* Preparing and processing employee contracts, renewals, and terminations.
* Managing attendance, leave balances, and employee time records.
* Ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience of at least 10 years in personnel management and labor office dealings.
* Strong knowledge of labor law, social insurance systems, and compliance requirements.
* Strong analytical and management skills.
* High capability in leading teams.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
