 Miraco (Carrier, Midea and Toshiba) is hiring:

"Credit Accountant (Hurghada Branch)

Key Responsibilities:-
1- Accounts Receivable Management:
- Generate and issue invoices accurately and on time.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging to ensure timely collections.

2- Credit Control:
- Evaluate customer creditworthiness and set credit limits.
- Ensure compliance with credit policies and procedures.
- Communicate with clients to follow up on overdue payments while maintaining professional relationships.

3- Cash Flow and Reporting:
- Prepare weekly and monthly AR reports, including aging analysis.
- Provide regular updates to management on collection status and unresolved issues.

4- Collaboration and Communication:
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Finance) to resolve client queries.
- Maintain effective communication with clients regarding billing and payment terms.

5- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to improve AR and credit control processes.
- Implement best practices for efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications and Skills:-
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance.
- Proven experience in accounts receivable and credit control roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.

Preferred:
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, SAP4hana).
- Familiarity with industry-specific billing systems and credit management tools.
