Misr International Hospital is
Hiring for a Senior personnel. The senior Personnel will be responsible for managing all matters related to employees, which include :
- Ensuring company compliance with the labor and social insurance laws on all personnel matters and issuing any necessary documents and reports required from official authorities (labor and social insurance offices).
- Building a strong relationship with government authorities, such as labor office and social insurance authorities, to solve any issues or problems that arise concerning employees.
- Following up with employees' contracts, renewals, resignations, and hiring documents.
- Administering employees’ internal investigations according to labor law regulations
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in law is preferably.
- HR diploma is an advantage.
- 2 - 5 years of experience (in health care and hospitals industry is an advantage).
- Proficient in using Microsoft office ( Excel - Word, …etc.).
- Solid knowledge of Egyptian labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with employees and external stakeholders.
