Talent Acquisition Supervisor
Job Purpose:
Responsible for the management of talent supply and demand in alignment with organizational talent requirements and workforce planning.
Job Description:
1. Analyzing the current manpower and creating the future manpower forecast plan based on departments’ annual needs.
2. Forecast quarterly and annual hiring costs.
3. Developing, defining, and implementing short and long-term manpower plans.
4. Source and recruit top talent for open positions within the company, utilizing a variety of sourcing methods and recruitment channels.
5. Screen and assess candidates to ensure that they meet job requirements and are a good fit for the company culture.
Financial
6. Lead employer branding initiatives such as employment fairs and social media engagement.
7. Discussing and establishing qualification requirements, terms, and conditions of employment with hiring managers.
8. Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates, through creating a candidate’s database.
9. Design all related procedures and forms.
10. Design a competency-based interview questionnaire that reflects each position's requirements.
11. Create and update company and organization structures.
12. Update the manpower plan weekly.
13. Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talents, aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
14. Develop and maintain metrics to measure the effectiveness of the recruitment process, and provide regular reports to management.
15. Using web-based technology and social media to analyze hiring trends, post job vacancies, and follow up with candidates during the hiring process.
16. Develop recruiting strategies, and be constantly up to date with all changes in the hiring techniques and trends in the market.
17. Manage the TA team by providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure the team is meeting performance expectations.
18. Conduct performance appraisal and set annual objectives for the team in line with the department's business plan.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or Business Administration, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience
- Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
