*1- Accounting Manager*
Responsibilities:
Manage daily accounting activities, including accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare financial statements and reports for management review.
Supervise and mentor accounting staff.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the construction and real estate industries.
Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
*2- Payable Accountant Specialist:*
Responsibilities:
Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
Reconcile accounts payable transactions and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve payment issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in accounts payable, preferably in the construction and real estate sectors.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
*3- Receivable Accountant Specialist:*
Responsibilities:
Manage customer invoices and ensure timely collections.
Reconcile accounts receivable transactions and monitor aging reports.
Communicate with clients to resolve billing discrepancies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in accounts receivable, preferably in the construction and real estate sectors.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
*4-Treasury Accountant *
Responsibilities:
Manage daily cash transactions and record related journal entries.
Disburse funds to contractors following approved payment schedules.
Accurately receive and record revenues.
Issue checks and monitor bank account balances and activities.
Prepare periodic financial reports for the finance department.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction and real estate sectors.
Proficiency in accounting software and strong numerical skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
*Note: Experience in the construction and real estate sectors is a mandatory requirement for all positions.*
