Executive_SecretaryKey Responsibilities:
• Providing secretarial and administrative support to the executive team, including managing schedules, meeting planning, and document preparation.
• Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and conferences, taking minutes and ensuring all materials are prepared in advance.
• Manage senior executives’ travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation & other related tasks.
• Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials.
• Act as a liaison between the CEO and other executives, board members, stakeholders, and internal departments.
• Draft, proofread, and distribute emails, memos, and other correspondence handling on behalf of the executives.
• Track and prioritize tasks for the executive team, ensuring deadlines are met, and issues are escalated as necessary.
• Handle incoming calls and communications, prioritizing important matters and redirecting as appropriate.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration or relative field.
- English Fluency is a Must.
- 3-5 years of Proven experience as executive secretary, executive assistant or similar administrative role reporting directly to upper management. - Flexibility in traveling either internal or external of Egypt is preferred.
- Proven Experience in handling international travel and scheduling across time zones.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
-Proficient use of business email & Correspondences.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
