detail-oriented "Financial Analyst" to join our growingteam. You will play a critical role in providing financial
insights, supporting business decision-making, and
driving our strategic objectives forward.
Job Location: Head office at El Mohandseen.
Job Responsibilities:
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts,
and long-term financial plans.
. Prepare financial analysis and reports as needed to
support decision-making.
. Develop financial models and analyze them to support
decision-making across the organization.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather data and
insights for accurate forecasting
. Analyze key financial data and trends and offer
actionable recommendations to optimize financial
performance.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations for
management and stakeholders.
. Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and
best practices to ensure financial strategies are aligned
with market changes.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics,
or any related field.
. 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, with a
strong focus on financial modeling and feasibility
studies, preferred in real estate.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a
fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time
management skills.
