Head of Total Rewards
Job Purpose:
Oversee the design, implementation, and management of comprehensive total rewards strategies, encompassing compensation, benefits, recognition, and well-being programs, to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
Job Description:
1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and manage the annual total rewards budget, forecast future needs, and ensure cost-effectiveness while maintaining competitiveness.
2. Compensation & Benefits: Analyze compensation costs, salary structures, and benefits expenses. Identify areas for optimization while ensuring employee satisfaction.
3. Market Analysis: Conduct regular market analysis and salary benchmarking to ensure our compensation practices are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
4. Employee Communication: Develop and execute communication strategies to inform employees about total rewards programs, including benefits enrollment and compensation changes.
5. Vendor Management: Oversee the selection and management of external benefits vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
6. Team Development: Provide coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities to the total rewards team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
7. Data & Reporting: Prepare financial reports, measure ROI of rewards programs, and ensure accurate documentation of all policies and procedures.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field; an HR Diploma is a plus.
- 10-12 years of experience, with a minimum of 7 years in total rewards or a related field.
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office; strong data analysis and financial acumen.
