Teleperformance is seeking a highly motivated and experienced English HR Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a global leader in business process outsourcing (BPO), Teleperformance specializes in customer experience management and related services. We handle customer interactions for other companies, providing services such as customer support, technical assistance, sales, and more, across various channels (phone, email, chat, social media). We operate in numerous countries and support a wide range of industries. As an integral part of our HR department, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates and conducting phone interviews, focusing on attracting and hiring top-tier talent who align with our company culture and contribute to our continued success.


Responsibilities:


  • Sourcing Strategies: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates, utilizing various channels such as online job boards, social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn), professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for open positions.
  • Interviewing: Conduct phone call interviews, utilizing behavioural and competency-based techniques, to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Employer Branding: Contribute to building and promoting our employer brand to attract top talent and position our company as an employer of choice.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external recruitment partners.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and HR, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
  • **Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in the HR Field is a plus
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) are essential.
  • Strong understanding of various recruitment methodologies and techniques.
  • Experience with social media recruiting and other online sourcing platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven.
  • Experience in Mass Hiring.
