Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant specializing in receivables to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and overseeing the accounts receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee and manage the accounts receivable function, ensuring timely invoicing and collection.
-Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
-Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts to minimize outstanding receivables.
-Prepare and analyze financial reports related to receivables and provide insights for process improvement.
-Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and enhance efficiency.
-Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
*Minimum of 3-5years of experience in accounting, with focused on accounts receivable.
*Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
*Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively.
Work conditions:
Location: Zayed City - Cairo - Alex road
Working hours: On site from 9 am to 6 pm
Days off: Friday & Saturday
