Key Requirements:
-Proven experience in cost control, project budgeting, and commercial -management within the construction industry.
-Strong knowledge of cost estimation, contract management, and financial reporting.
-Experience in construction projects and working with large-scale commercial or infrastructure projects.
-Ability to prepare and review tender documents, contracts, and budgets.
-Construction industry experience is a must.
