Enova by Veolia is seeking a Senior General ledger
Egypt Cairo**Objectives of this Role:**
1- Support month-end closing, ensuring books are complete and timely closed, cost analysis, variance analysis, and reporting.
2- Ensure adherence of the team with financial policies and procedures set out by the Line Manager.
3- Monitor and review monthly T.B to control and rectify any errors or irregular transactions before the agreed timelines
4- Ensure accuracy and adherence with Company timelines for Monthly Financial Reporting. Prepare, review and submit Prepayments, Accruals, and other GL schedules as per the set timelines.
5- Preparing separate and consolidated financial statements in compliance with IAS/IFRS, and Company policies and maintaining consistency relating to all financial matters
**Must have technical/professional qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in accounting – CMA holder is preferred.
- 5 – 8 years of total work experience of which - Industry experience is preferable.
- Experience working with multiple regions and GCC would be an added advantage.
