Accounting Manager

Job Summary
Accounting, accounting management, financial operations, financial statements, financial reporting, balance sheet, budgeting, accounts receivable, accounts payable
Manage Accounting team; supervise and approve the accounting book keeping.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost accounting reports along to the monthly closing entries (accruals, prepaid expenses, …).
- Supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company’s automated financial systems.
- Review expenditures and analyze budget achievement along to interpretation of historical financial comparison.

- Analyze financial information and provide appropriate recommendations.
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports and presentations.
- Assist in the preparation of the budget and year-end forecasting.
- Recommend, develop and maintain financial data bases and manual filing systems.
- Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of control procedures.
- Explain accounting policies to staff, vendors and clients.
- Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
- Interact with tax advisors and tax inspectors when needed.
- Any additional tasks that will be related to this job.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; a professional or Master’s degree is a plus.
Must have at least 5 years of experience in middle managerial position in Finance & Accounting, ideally within in a manufacturing company.
Candidate characteristics:
Dynamic and young (aged between 35 – 42 years).
Multitasking, and able to work under pressure.
Motivated and well organized.

Required Skills:
- Possess robust business, analytical and communication skills.
- Flexibility to deal with people at a variety of levels and across functions internally.
- Knowledge of ERP systems.
- General understanding of taxes and corporate law is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office and mainly MS Excel.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
