We are excited to announce that Alumil Egypt Egyp is expanding, and we are looking for a talented 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 to join our dynamic finance team! 📈
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
✅Conduct inventory checks on aluminum profiles and accessories
✅Manage cash receipts and accurately record daily treasury transactions
✅Review returns procedures to ensure compliance with our return policy
✅Issue customer invoices with precision (including sales tax and discounts)
✅Handle approved payments with the necessary documentation
✅Oversee factory accounts payable invoices for accurate allocation
✅Control expenses against budget in the Profit and Loss statements
✅Participate in internal and external audits
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿:
- 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 𝗔𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝟭 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 in accounts receivable or a similar role
- 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field
- 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀: Accuracy, problem-solving, and organizational skills are a must! 📊
- 𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗴𝘂𝗮𝗴𝗲: Good command of English and computer skills 💻
