Organi Group is looking for the following position to join us.

Financial Analyst

Job Description:

1.    Implement the development of financial models, forecasts, and budget benchmarking and process analysis
2.    Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis and trend identification.
3.    Evaluate investment opportunities and perform financial feasibility analysis.
4.    Assess the financial viability of capital projects and provide recommendations.
5.    Monitor the performance of ongoing projects and analyze return on investment.
6.    Analyze financial performance, identifying variances and opportunities for improvement.
7.    Compare anticipated and actual results and identify areas of improvement
8.    Evaluating capital expenditures and asset depreciation.
9.    Follow up on the financial performance of all projects at all stages of execution which may include attending construction and progress meetings and conducting site visits.
10. Participate in the budgeting process, conduct variance analysis, and report findings to the senior management to take corrective actions if needed.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
- Proven experience in Corporate and banking Investment.
- 5 to 7 years of experience.
- CFA Level 2 certification is a must.
- SAP User.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
