Responsibilities:
- Manage full Recruitment cycle including job posting, resume screening, interviews and selection.
- Assist with employee relations matters.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements and handle administrative tasks.
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and labor laws.
- Address payroll-related inquiries from employees and resolve discrepancies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the field.
- Strong knowledge of labor law and social insurance regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
