Job Title: Recruitment Specialist

*Job Summary:*
As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating job offers. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a seamless hiring experience for both candidates and the company.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Manage candidate communication and provide a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required.
- Assist in negotiating job offers and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools, including ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent English level
