We are looking for a Real-Time Monitoring Executive to join our dynamic team!
📍 Location: On-site
🕒 Shift: Rotational (Day, Evening, and Night) — occasional overtime required.
Key Responsibilities:
-Monitor client projects in real-time and align with client requirements
-Report critical alerts promptly
-Translate and summarize posts to English if needed
-Create accurate reports for internal and external use
-Ensure data accuracy and stay updated with CARMA’s portal features
Requirements:
-BA in Business Administration or a related field.
-Excellent command of Arabic and English.
-Strong knowledge of MS Office and social media tools.
-Up to 1 year of experience.
