Responsibilities
- Greeting and welcoming visitors
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Answering and managing phone calls and emails
- Assisting with administrative tasks and office support
- Coordinating with different departments as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Professional appearance and attitude
