We are hiring a Receivable Accountant :Key Responsibilities:
- Issue invoices and account statements to customers accurately and on time.
- Record and track all incoming payments and follow up on them.
- Resolve any discrepancies or disputes related to invoices and payments.
Prepare periodic reports on the status of accounts receivable (e.g., aging reports).
- Reconcile accounts receivable balances with bank statements and other records.
- Apply incoming payments to the correct invoices.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices and payments.
- Assist in the preparation of financial analyses related to accounts receivable.
- Collaborate with other departments (such as Sales and Customer Service) to ensure a smooth collection process.
- Adhere to the company's financial policies and procedures
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum of [2] years of experience as a Receivable Accountant or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and accounts receivable management procedures.
