 Position : Senior HR Generalist

Job Location: Smart Village

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment for all levels, develop strategies to attract diverse candidates, collaborate with hiring managers, screen CVs, and manage the talent pipeline.
Onboarding: Oversee new hire integration and ensure all hiring documents are completed.
Organizational Development: Support employee engagement, retention, and development programs, including leadership and team-building initiatives.
Performance Management: Assist with performance processes, provide coaching to managers, and recommend interventions as needed.
HR Reporting & Analytics: Analyze HR data, prepare reports for leadership, and suggest improvements.

Qualifications:
1-Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
2-3+ years of experience in HR with a focus on recruitment and organizational development.
3-Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
4-Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
5-Proficient in MS Office and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
