Job Description

• Oversee daily operations of the clothing retail branch to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales associates and support staff to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
• Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance the store’s appeal and maximize product visibility.
• Analyze sales reports and key performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase foot traffic and drive revenue.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance, providing coaching and development opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and loss prevention protocols.
• Collaborate with regional management to align branch goals with overall business objectives.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail management, preferably within the clothing or fashion sector.
• Maximum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving store performance.
• Experience with inventory management and merchandising.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
• Flexibility to work full-time, including weekends and holidays as required.
• On-site presence required; remote work is not available for this position.
