Job Description
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- ● Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
- ● Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- ● Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
- ● Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- ● Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- ● Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
- ● Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
- ● Ensure adherence to laws and policies
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, communications, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in sales quality assurance, call center quality analysis, or a similar role.
- Proven experience working in a remote environment with distributed teams.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, customer service standards, and quality assurance methodologies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective feedback and coaching.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and process improvement.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using quality monitoring tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
