Dial By Daylight is Hiring! B2B Appointment Setters (Remote)

Position: Remote – Work From Home

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM EST (4 PM – 1 AM Egypt Time)

Compensation: $3.00/hour + Performance Bonuses

Job Type: Full-time & Part-time (20-hour blocks) available

Start Date: Immediate (Training starts this week)

About the Role 

• As an Outreach Specialist with Dial By Daylight, you’ll be calling CEOs and VPs at US-based tech companies.
• Your job isn't to "hard sell"—it’s to have professional, calm conversations to see if they are a fit for our client’s lead generation services.
• We use a "Humble Operator" approach. We want people who sound like professional peers, not aggressive telemarketers.

What You’ll Be Doing

•  Make high-volume outbound calls via an auto-dialer
• Use a conversational approach to identify business pain points
• Overcome objections and book discovery meetings for the sales team
• Maintain 100% productivity and update Slack in real-time
• Represent the brand with a calm, confident, and professional "vibe"

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking

•  For Fluent English with a Neutral Accent: You must be able to speak comfortably with US executives. (Strong accents will be disqualified)
• Experience: At least 3–6 months of cold calling or B2B sales experience
• Tonality: Ability to sound helpful and "mildly unsure" rather than "salesy"
• Reliability: Access to a quiet home office, stable internet, and a PC with a USB headset
• Compensation & Incentives Base Pay: $3/hour
• Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses for qualified meetings booked (KPIs discussed during interview)
