Handling customer inquiries, booking appointments, and providing support in a medical/healthcare environment.

Salary:
7,000 – 9,000 EGP per month + Commission & Bonuses

Job Description

  • Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk by answering phone calls, directing inquiries, and providing accurate information about the center’s services.
  • Register patients, verify identification, and update personal and insurance information in the system.
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments for various departments including emergency, surgery, radiology, and outpatient clinics.
  • Coordinate with medical and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient flow and timely service delivery.
  • Handle patient check-in and check-out processes, including collecting payments and issuing receipts as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
  • Address and resolve patient concerns or escalate issues to the appropriate department.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of patient information in compliance with medical center policies.


Job Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage a busy front desk environment.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Proficiency in using office software, scheduling systems, and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain patient confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work full-time, under urgent situations, and in a lively medical environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with medical and administrative teams.
