Job Description

• Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming experience upon arrival.
• Register new patients and update their files.
• Schedule patient appointments via phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Confirm upcoming appointments and recalls in line with office procedures.
• Clearly explain dental office procedures, policies, and expectations to patients.
• Inform patients about financial treatment plan options and address related inquiries.
• Handle difficult or upset patients professionally and with empathy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area at all times.
• Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth clinic flow.
• Manage payments and billing as required.

Job Requirements

• Professional attitude and appearance; presentable and well-groomed.
• Proven experience as a front desk representative or receptionist.
• Proficient in English, both oral and written.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid problem-solving abilities and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Customer service-oriented, with a focus on delivering a positive patient experience.
• Preferred: Dental clinic experience and familiarity with Dentolize software.
