Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a consistently high level of professionalism
- Provide timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries via voice, chat, or email, ensuring accurate and appropriate information
- Demonstrate diplomacy and professionalism when handling escalated cases
Job Requirements
- Minimum qualifications:Advanced level of English
- Full-time availability
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency
- Positive, solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to understand and empathize with customer concerns
Preferred qualifications:
- Previous experience in call center or customer service (training will be provided)
- Ability to navigate multiple browser tabs simultaneously
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and browser-based applications (or willingness to learn)
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
