Key Responsibilities

• Acts as the focal person for GIU graduation office and acts as liaison with different academic and non-academic departments to support the GIU graduation process.
• Supports GIU Graduates in daily requests to issue graduation certificates and transcripts and any graduation related documentations
• Meticulously revise all graduation documentation prior officially issuing them
• Revise data of potential graduates and ensure the accuracy and the correctness of expected graduates
• Check with academic and non-academic departments the expected date of graduation for the potential graduates if needed
• Keeps record of graduates files and book keep the originals and copies of graduates in a well organized archiving system
• Takes part in the organization & preparation of the graduation ceremony
• Responds to incoming emails requesting verification of graduates data
• Follows up on the office logistics and requests the needed materials in timely manner

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university (required).
• Good command of English language — both spoken and written (required).
• 1–3 years of experience in an academic, administrative, or customer service role (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — with a friendly and professional approach.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
