Job Description
- Receive and log IT support requests (tickets/phone/Email).
- Provide basic troubleshooting for Windows, MS Office, printers, and internet/network issues.
- Assist with software installation and basic device setup.
- Update tickets with clear notes and escalate complex issues to senior IT.
- Job Requirements
- Basic knowledge of PCs, Windows, and Microsoft Office.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Fast learner, committed, and able to work under supervision.
