This full-time on-site role, based in El Maadi, is for a Recruiter who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process. The recruiter will identify talent needs, source candidates through various channels, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a strong talent pipeline, building employer branding strategies, and collaborating with department heads to fulfill hiring goals.


Job Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related HR function.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Talent acquisition expertise, including candidate sourcing and recruiting skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
